The Scanning Electron Microscope is a device for observing nano-sized specimen images using an electromagnetic lens with an electron beam as the light source.
Using this, it is possible to directly observe the surface image, laminating defects, interface, etc. of the specimen and thereby accurately explain their impact on the various properties of materials.
The SEM is an essential tool for research and analysis in almost all research and industry sectors.
This is an upgraded model of the aforementioned EM-30N. The EM-30N moves using a motor only along the X, Y and T axes, while the CX-200P can control up to five axes; not only X, Y and T, but also Z and R. This function offers little difference in performance compared to global companies, but from the perspective of customers, it can reduce investment costs, making it highly cost-efficient
